Archive Sales Specialist - DACH
The role of Archive Specialist is to manage existing relationships and drive opportunity acquisition and revenue growth within MNC’s Archive prospects and partners. The ability to execute the entire customer lifecycle including identification, partner recruitment, training, lead generation, pipeline development, forecast reporting, closure of business while achieving a high level of customer satisfaction is key to this appointment.
You will demonstrate a thorough understanding of market drivers for all our solutions within the primary region and where appropriate other targeted markets in territory. You will be expected to work closely with our Archive prospects to identify new business opportunity and to engage MNC’s Major Accounts Managers where appropriate. You will be expected to ensure that MNC’s business objectives and those of the Archive prospects are closely aligned.
Attain regional Archive sales goals
Develop Archiving & Governance sales relationships at all levels within our existing customer base and their reseller partners.
Develop specific and measurable business and marketing plans with Select archive partners with a strong focus on archiving measurable archive sales goals.
Be responsible for the successful weekly, quarterly and annual Archive prospects sales forecasting.
Planning and delivering relevant Archive prospects training and programs for partners within the region.
Use expertise, knowledge and contacts throughout the reseller and distributor community to identify and launch new Archive prospects / partners.
Liaise internally with colleagues in sales and marketing to engage
Archive prospects & partners in marketing events, activities and Archive prospects PR
Drive and deliver quarterly plans for callout days, seminars and other customer
focused Archive prospects events.
Ensure that all relevant departments within MNC are engaged in the archive sales process to optimize our close ratio.
Roll-out of our new Archive roadmap to prospects and deliver new programs to partners, gain acceptance and commitment to attain quota.
Work in conjunction with RSM and regional RSD to develop unique localized business focused solutions, whilst also developing and executing
business plans to ensure attainment of all set targets

5 years working with key accounts and able to demonstrate good knowledge of the local compliance and governance requirements
Must be able to speak and write both German and English fluently
Eastern European language skill would be highly desirable
Travel: This is a field role, it is expected that the individual will be required to travel approximately 50% of the week, it could be more!
